The Head of Travel ts responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing travel arrangements for
Clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience. This role involves handling flight and hotel bookings,
visa documentation, travel insurance, itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service while
coordinating with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel supptiers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Coordinate domestic and international travet arrangements.
– Book flights, hotels, airport transfers, tours, and other travel services.
– Prepare detailed travel itineraries and travel documentation.
– Assist clients with visa applications and travel insurance.
– Liaise with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
– Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide travel advice.
– Process bookings, payments, invoices, and travel vouchers.
– Monitor travel schedules and assist clients with changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
– Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Managerial or Senior Managerial Inbound travel
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travet booking systems
(GDS knowledge is an advantage).
– Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good command of English, additional languages are an added advantage.
Salary 300K-350K (Negotiable)
