We are on the lookout for a Technical & Operations Assistant for our clint company located in Sri LankaLocation – Colombo 03
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems and report any security-related incidents or concerns.
Coordinate with external vendors for security-related maintenance, including Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control and Physical Security systems.
Maintain accurate records, reports and relevant security documentation.
Visit branch and other operational sites to troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of security-related equipment issues.
Provide support for day-to-day operations of the Safety & Security Unit and Administration Department.
Assist with other duties and responsibilities assigned by the relevant management.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification of G.C.E. Ordinary Level, with at least a ‘C’ pass in English and a pass in Mathematics.
Fluency in all three languages – Sinhala, Tamil and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A candidate with relevant experience in security operations, CCTV, access control, alarm systems or related areas will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work responsibly and effectively as part of a team.
