– Financial Reporting.
– Team Leadership and Performance Management.
– Strategic Financial Planning and Budgeting.
– Cash Flow Management.
– Working Capital Management.
– Budgeting and Forecasting.
– Financial Analysis.
– Internal Controts and Governance.
– Audit Coordination.
– Business Performance Monitoring.
– Policy Development and Process Improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
– Member of CA Sri Lanka.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting (in accordance with SLFRS/LKAS), budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, internal controls, audit coordination and ERP systems.
