We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist, handle inquiries across multiple channels, provide timely solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
– Should have passed in G.C.E….. equivalent qualification
– Fluency in Sinhala & English is required.
(Tamil would be an added advantage)
– Should have an excellent working knowledge in MS products and with
digital & social media platforms
– Prior experience in call center, CRM or hospitality will be an added
advantage (School leavers welcome)
-Flexible to work on a roster basis including night shifts, weekends &
public holidays
The selected candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package, in
keeping with the market standards.
