JOB PROFILE
– Planning and organizing work in clinical laboratory & ability to manage
automated laboratory machines and equipment
– Performing clinical validation: checking abnormal results identified by
automated analyzers and deciding if further tests are necessary
– Identifying the cause of poor analytical performance and resolving
problems
– Providing correct information to customer requirements
– Attending customer needs and laboratory PR operations Handling of Consultants/GPs/patients complaints
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– B.Sc. Degree in Biological Science with Biochemistry as a subject from
– arecognized university or a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
from a recognized university/ institute
– 02-03 years of experience as Trainee MLT or MLT in reputed Laboratory
Having SLMC registration would be an advantage
The selected candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package, in keeping with the market standards.
