We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions of a reputed hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
Oversee performance appraisals and staff development programs.
Supervise attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain HR records and support operational requirements of the hotel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Location: Nuwara Eliya
