Assistant Manager Internal Audit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Plan and execute internal audits to assess financial reporting,
– operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
– Identify control weaknesses and perform root cause analysis, providing
practical recommendations.
– Prepare clear, evidence-based audit reports and communicate findings to
senior management.
– Conduct Ask assessments to prioritize high-impact audit areas.
– Supervise and review work performed by junior auditors.
– Communicate confidently with stakeholders in English and Sinhala.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– CA/ ACCA (Affiliated or Final Stage)
– Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager – Internal Audit in a
reputable organization
– Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, business processes,
and regulatory requirements
– Excellent analytical, reporting, and interpersonal skills
