Assistant Manager Internal Communication

We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communication Officer to join our team under
the Assistant Manager category. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving internal
communication initiatives and supporting organizational culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support management in delivering key messages across all staff levels.
– Ensure consistent and clear communication aligned with the organization’s vision and values.
– Draft, edit, and distribute organization announcements, newsletters, and updates to employees.
– Coordinate communication for initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement
events, policy updates, and wellness activities.
– Ensure related policies, procedures, and guidelines are clearly communicated to employees in an
understandable and consistent manner.
– Assist the HR department in planning and promoting staff engagement events and recognition
programs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Bachetor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Communication, Public Relations,
HR, Marketing or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Environment or Research institution.
– Experience in internal communication and employee engagement activities is an advantage.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Creativity and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office; basic graphic design skills are an advantage.
