We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive to manage after-sales service and support for our electronics and appliances customers in Kurunegala. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling service requests efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer service requests for electronics and appliances
Diagnose product issues and coordinate repairs or replacements with technicians
Maintain records of service requests, complaints, and resolutions
Follow up with customers to ensure timely service and satisfaction
Provide guidance and information about product usage and maintenance
Liaise with showroom, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
Monitor service performance and report issues to the Service Manager
Promote additional services and warranty extensions when appropriate
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or service operations, preferably in electronics/appliances
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented attitude and ability to handle complaints professionally
Basic knowledge of electronics and appliances is an advantage
Ability to travel within Kurunegala and nearby areas
