Finance Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Invoicing & Revenue Management
– Quantity Surveying & Measurement Support
– Project Cost Control
– Financial Reporting & Analysis
– Subcontractor & Supptier Payments
– Contract & Commercial Support
– Systems, Controls & Compliance
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
– Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA (Sri Lanka) or Q5 professional body (ICQS/RICS) {s an advantage.
– 36 years’ experience in an EPC, construction, or engineering company.
– Hands-on experience in project invoicing, cost control, and QS coordination is essential.
– Experience working with BOQs, interim valuations, and project budgets.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
– Strong numerical and analytical skilis.
– Good understanding of construction costs and project cash flows.
– Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work closely with site teams and meet tight deadlines.
– Good communication skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage.
Salary -150K-180K (Negotiable)
