Payroll Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Payroll Executive to manage the payroll process efficiently and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and attendance data
Ensure compliance with labor laws, EPF, ETF, and tax regulations
Prepare salary statements, deductions, and benefits calculations
Assist in audits and respond to payroll queries
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations
Handle leave, overtime, and bonus calculations
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
2–5 years’ experience in payroll management
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory regulations
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
