Accountant

Responsibilities:
– Maintain daily accounting records and ensure the accuracy of financial data
– Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Manage income and expense tracking, invoicing, and receipts
– Fulfill tax declarations and other statutory financial obligations
– Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes
– Provide suggestions for improving the company’s financial status
– Assist in internal and external audit processes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (preferably QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
– Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good command of English (written and spoken) and Sinhala
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of Sri Lankan accounting and tax regulations
Salary Range: Rs 30,000 – 40,000
