We are on the look-out for a competent Personal Assistant for our client which is a leading company that is based in Rajagiriya.
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates with age below 35 Years
Degree / Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in secretarial practice from recognized university will be an added advantage.
Minimum Two years and above experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil or Chinese would be an added benefit)
Knowledge and experience working in ERP or CRM.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS office.
Team player with a pleasing personality.
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
