Aluminium Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Oversee the entire Aluminium manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Preparing quotations, making invoices, and make sure receiving payment from clients
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Cost Management: Manage the factory budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability while maintaining product quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, operational performance, and other key indicators to senior management.
Qualification and Experience
• Proffessional qualifications in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Aluminium industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisoryl role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in production management software and tools.
