Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
– Overlook EHS & compliance with statutory requirements.
– Support recruitment and onboarding processes to meet staffing needs.
– Manage employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
– Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance with labor regulations.
– Provide HR support for day-to-day employee inquiries and needs.
Qualifications:
– Part Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) or NIOSH
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Compliance & sustainability
– Experience in EHS will added advantage
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Salary: 100K-130K (Negotiable)
