We are on the lookout for Showroom Manager for our well reputed Client Company
Locations: Eheliyagoda/ Kesbawa / Negombo/ Balummahara/Malabe/ Wennappuwa/ Piliyandala
Salary Range: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- (depend on experience)
The selected candidate will be responsible to overseeing and enhancing the performance of company showrooms throughout the island. The duties involve managing sales and inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supervising and leading the showroom team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the showroom’s overall performance; setting sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer service.
Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times. Competencies and Requirement
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Store Management and Merchandising.
Age below 40 years of age.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management
A dynamic and result oriented individual.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
