– Create and implement marketing and sales plans to boost growth and meet revenue goals.
– Lead and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve performance.
– Analyze markets, track trends, and find new opportunities for expansion.
– Manage brand campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
– Build strong relationships with distributors, farms, and retailers to grow customer loyaity.
Applicant Profile:
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3+years in a leadership role within the agricultural or related industry.
– A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
– Excetlent leadership and team management abilities.
– in-depth knowledge of agricultural markets, products, and customer needs
– Salary -500K-600K (Negotiable)
