Ticketing Executive (Amadeus System)

Key Responsibilities:
– Booking & Ticketing: Efficiently handle reservations, issue, reissue, and cancel tickets
using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
– Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely
and accurate information.
– Documentation: Maintain precise records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with
airline policies and fare rules.
– Coordination: Liaise with airlines and travel partners to confirm bookings and resolve
issues.
– Reporting: Generate and update reports related to ticketing activities. equired
Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a ticketing role, with hands-on experience in
Amadeus GDS.
– Certifications: IATA UFTAA certification (fully or partially qualified) is advantageous.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amadeus, with knowtedge of Galileo being a plus.
– Communication: Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are
a bonus.
– Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering
exceptional service.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing ticketing transactions.
