We are on the lookout for a Tour Executive for our client company.
Salary:Rs.50,000/- to Rs.60,000/-(Depending on experience )
Location:- Pannipitiya
Working Days – Monday to Friday
Requirement:
Handle tour inquiries, quotations, and itinerary planning.
Coordinate with local and overseas agents, hotels, and transport providers.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Provide pre-tour briefings and support to clients during travel.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle any complaints professionally.
Minimum 1–2 years in the travel and tourism industry (inbound/outbound operations
Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
