We are on the lookout for a Tour Manager for our client company.
Salary: Rs.130,000/- to Rs.140,000/- ( Negotiable Based on Experience )
Location: Pannipitiya
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00Am to 5.00Pm
Requirement:
Oversee all aspects of tour operations, both inbound and outbound.
Manage and train the tour team to ensure quality service delivery.
Develop marketing strategies and maintain partner relationships.
Monitor budgets, profit margins, and overall tour performance.
Represent the company at travel fairs and industry events.
Minimum 4 years in the travel and tourism industry, including managerial experience
Degree in Tourism, Business Management, or related field.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management.
