JOB ROLE
– Conduct title searches, draft title reports & recommending titles of properties to
the Management.
– Drafting, checking & executing agreements power of Attomeys, Deed of assignments, deeds of transfers and other legal documents in both Sinhala & English languages.
– Engaging with customers professionally attending to their requirements and client
services.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
– =An Attorney at law and having a notary license in Colombo area in Sinhala & English
is a must.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Conveyancing, Company Secretarial
functions & other property related legal duties.
– Ability to multi — Task, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
– Abitity to take high level of responsibility and maintain Confidentiality.
– Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and Engtish
– Salary-Negotiable
