We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst with experience in Manufacturing for our client company.
Location – Katunayake
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end apparel workflows (merchandising, production planning, IE, finishing).
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to optimize lead times and reduce costs.
Gather and document requirements for ERP or automation projects.
Prepare SOPs, process maps, and system specifications.
Analyze production data and develop dashboards for KPIs (order fulfillment, fabric utilization, compliance).
Act as liaison between operations, IT, and management.
Support ERP implementation and recommend digital tools for inventory and quality control.
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for efficiency and waste reduction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within apparel or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of garment production processes and compliance standards.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or apparel-specific platforms)
