Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax requirements, and internal policies.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Monitor cost control and ensure efficient use of company resources.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA) is highly preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial management or a senior accounting role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
