We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Lead with experience in Manufacturing for our client company.
Location – Meegoda
The HR Lead is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions within the group sites. This includes recruitment, training, time & attendance, compliance, worker welfare, and employee engagement. The HR Lead plays a critical role in ensuring a motivated, compliant, and productive workforce aligned with both sales & production goals and legal regulations.

Workforce Planning & Recruitment
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Compliance & Labor Law
Training & Development
Worker Welfare & Engagement
Policy & SOP Implementation
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
5 years and above HR experience, with at least 3 years in an Apparel / Factory environment.
Experience in compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with factory-level labor unions and local government departments is an advantage
Strong team management and people skills
Deep understanding of garment factory labor regulation
Experienced in hiring skilled workforces.
Ability to multi-task and manage large teams
Excellent communication skill in English language (verbal and written).
Experience in setting up MVP’s and Performance management processes.
Ability to mediate and resolve internal grievances
Proficient in using digital tools such as ERP, HR softwares and payroll
