We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources for a leading organization in the automotive industryThe Head of Human Resources will be responsible for defining and driving the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, enabling sustainable organizational growth, strong talent pipelines, and a high-performance culture. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, contributing to workforce planning, organizational design, and key people-related decisions while championing innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven HR practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 years and above overall experience in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years in a senior HR leadership role
Proven experience in operational HR, digital HR transformation, and strategic business partnering
Strong exposure to multi-functional team leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management
Experience in process improvement, governance, and organizational development will be highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
Professional HR qualifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent will be an added advantage
