We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Manager for our client, a leading company in the automotive industry.The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for supervising showroom sales teams, ensuring consistent service standards, and driving customer satisfaction across all locations. This role requires strong leadership, operational coordination, and a customer-first mindset.Key
Responsibilities
Supervise and support sales staff across multiple showroom locations island-wide
Ensure high standards of customer service and professional showroom experience
Monitor sales processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
Train, coach, and motivate showroom teams to achieve performance targets
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex service issues
Coordinate with branch managers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
Analyse customer feedback and implement service improvement strategies
Prepare regular performance and service reports for senior management
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, retail, or automotive sales management
Proven ability to manage and lead multi-location teams
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Sound understanding of customer experience standards and sales operations
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Willingness to travel island-wide as required
