We are on the lookout for a Showroom Manager for our client company located in Jaffna.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets by identifying new customers and dealers
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock valuation with the accounts department, and manage visual merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost showroom performance
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports
• Handle all administrative tasks related to showroom operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards

Requirements
• Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
• Minimum of 03 years previous experience in the retail sales or showroom management role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Tamil
• Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications and retail management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Preferably candidates reside in Jaffna or near area for easy commute

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
