We are on the looking for a Showroom Manager for our well reputed client company

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and stocked.
Create a clean, organized, and attractive showroom environment that showcases electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product features, financing options, and addressing queries.
Ensure smooth test ride processes and a seamless customer experience.
Maintain showroom stock levels and manage parts and accessories availability.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in showroom management or automotive sales (preferably in electric vehicles, two-wheelers, or three-wheelers).
Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology (battery management, drivetrains, charging systems).
