We are on the lookout for an Operations Officer for a well reputed Bank located in Colombo 01
Responsibilities
• Scanning Trade related documents to systems.
• Data Capturing/ Processing Trade Transactions. Filing and Administrative tasks.
• Dispatching Export documents as per laid down guidelines.
• Filing and Maintaining records of all trade related transactions.
• Assist Transaction Document Team with Bill retrieval process.
• Dispatching Import Bill documents and advices to customers.
• Creating and maintaining Bank Guarantee Folders.
• Ensuring Bank Guarantees are ready for collection.
• Supporting the document archival process of import export loan documents
Requirements
• Previous experience in similar capacity is a must
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English is a must
• Strong Data Background required with Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, ability & enthusiasm to learn
• Trade Finance product knowledge will be a definite plus
• Age below 35 years
