– Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service /call center role (experience
in freight Forwarding/import-related fields are an added advantage).
– Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is compulsory.
– Ability to multitask and handle stress efficiently.
– Strong professional demeanor to engage with a diverse range of customers.
– Age below 30 years
