Qualifications

– 4+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
– Strong understanding of IT services, software development, digital transformation, or SaaS products.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Experience in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and market analytics.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise client management.
– Familiarity with lead generation tools and marketing automation platforms.
– Understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
