Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Proven 2 + years experience in a finance or accounting role.
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
– Assist in the preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
– Invoicing, process payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
– Perform financial analyses and generate reports that help in understanding budget variances and overall financial performance.
– Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy in records.
– Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring that they stay within budgetary.
– Maintain accurate financial records and organize necessary documentation.
