We are on the lookout for a Regional Sales Executive for our client company located in Colombo 04.
Job Responsibilities
Train, supervise, lead & guide the respective dealers to achieve company objectives
Appointing new dealers for the vacant territories after proper evaluations and proper documentation
Proper supervision and monitoring of the dealer outlet and the merchandising
Make sure the proper functioning of dealerships according to company standard guidelines
To maintain a good PR with the dealers and Customers
Call calling & Corporate customer visits
Making a good rapport with the leasing, Insurance and trading partners to obtain leasing or loan facilities for convenient rates
Planning of Town storming / Road shows / Group sales and other promotions with Regional Manager on a regular basis
Close monitoring of competitor activities and plan tactical promotional activities to counterattack
Make sure the Debtor collection to be 100%
Attending to RMV related issues and coordinating between head office & dealer
Conducting training programs for the dealer sales staff
Dealer stock reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
Assisting the after-sales service team and the spare parts team providing the best after-sales service to the customer and monitoring the activities
Arranging service clinics / Free service campaigns with the after sales team
Reporting the competitor’s activities and the market feedback to Regional Manager on a regular basis
Maintaining a track record on Bike charging at dealer points
Dealer stock reconciliation and merchandising
Requirements
Male candidates with age below 35 years
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
Minimum 02 years and above experience in Motorcycle / E- Motorcycle sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
Outstanding personality with strong interpersonal, PR & communication skills
Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills
Require to have a valid driving and riding license
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
