We are on the lookout for a Coordinator for our client company located in Colombo 04
Responsibilities
Receive, log, and prioritize breakdown / service / inspections requests from customers
Coordinate with the transport division to arrange vehicles for teams
Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns / service / inspection issues to minimize customer downtime
Handle customer complaints and escalate critical issues with relevant stake holders
Maintain proper filing of job-related documents (quotations, invoices, receipts)
Enter new customer details and update job records in the ERP system
Coordinate with the servicing / breakdown / inspection divisions to address recurring complaints
Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports for decision making
General administration activities with related to staff attendance and benefits
Requirements
Male candidates with age below 30 years
Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering
Minimum of 01 year previous experience in a similar capacity
Sound Knowledge and experience in handling services and breakdowns in split type Air Conditioners
Should be able to work with ERP and Corporate systems
Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English languages
Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
Time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Communication and people management skills
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
