We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive for our well reputed client company
Location: Colombo 03
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Present the features and benefits of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers to customers.
Conduct test drives and help customers evaluate vehicles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Assist customers with warranty, service packages, and paperwork for vehicle purchases and financing.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and encourage repeat business.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Executive in the automotive industry (preferably with electric vehicles or two-wheelers/three-wheelers).
Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, including features and benefits.
Any relevant qualification related to the automobile or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
