Responsibilities:

Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office records, filing, and documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:
Minimum GCE O/L or equivalent; Diploma in Office Administration is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in reception or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Professional, polite, and customer-focused demeanor.
