Job Purpose:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team to ensure smooth accounting processes and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Maintain fixed assets, inventory records, and expense tracking.
Assist in statutory compliance and audit preparation.
Generate routine financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
