DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Own the BETSS KPI framework: define, refine, and map KPls to business objectives with the COO
and function heads.
– Build and maintain KPI dashboards (Excel/HRIS/Power Bl) with automated data refresh and clear
RAG status. Run the weekly/monthly performance cadence: Weekly Business Review (WBR) and
Monthly Business Review
– (MBR) scorecards, variance analysis, and action tracking for the COO.
– Drive goal setting/OKRs, mid-cycle check-ins, year-end reviews, calibration and normalization.
– Convert performance insights into PIPs, individual development plans, and team-level
improvement actions. Lead training needs analysis based on KPI gaps; coordinate targeted
interventions with L&D/vendors.
– Produce people analytics on productivity, utilization, retention/attrition trends, and hiring funnel effectiveness.
– Maintain SOPs and timelines for the performance cycle; ensure documentation, version control,
and compliance to deadlines.
– Assist in HR correspondence preparation, ensuring timely and accurate communication across the
Group. Handle employee grievances in coordination with Group HR to ensure fair and consistent
resolution.
THE {DEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
– Bachelor’s in HRM/Business or related; CIPM/Chartered HRM (part/full) preferred.
– 3-5+ years in performance management/KPI analytics or HRBP roles with strong data orientation
(tech/online/growth environments an advantage).
– Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, Power Query), HRIS reporting; Power Bl exposure is a plus.
– Proven experience running appraisal cycles, OKRs, PIPs, and calibration sessions.
– Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; confident partnering directly
with the COO.
– High integrity, data accuracy, and ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
– Salary 180K (Negotiable) |
