Internal Audit Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct operational and financial audits to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and
compliance.
– Review business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
– Assess accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial records and reporting.
– Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
– Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
– Prepare internal audit reports with constructive recommendations
– Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and strengthen controls.
– Ensure safeguarding of company assets through effective audit practices.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from audit results.
– Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all audit activities
REQUIREMENTS
– A degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Operations, or a related discipline from a
recognized university.
– Full / part qualifications in CA / ACCA / CIMA / CIA or CMA
– 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal / external audits or finance related roles.
– Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, accounting standards, and risk
management practices.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail.
– Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
