We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Brand Manager for our client company, which is a leading manufacturing & building materials company.
A well-established, reputable company in the building materials and manufacturing sector seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join their marketing leadership team. This is a key strategic role offering the opportunity to shape brand direction and drive meaningful growth across their product portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Lead and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, managing agency relationships from brief to delivery
Conduct ongoing consumer research covering brand performance, consumer behaviour, and category trends
Drive new product development initiatives and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches
Manage digital marketing, PR, and media scheduling in liaison with media buying agencies
Develop and monitor trade and consumer promotional plans, including evaluation and post-analysis
Oversee point-of-sale material development and retail channel strategy
Lead and manage the sales support function to ensure alignment between brand and commercial teams
Conduct monthly marketing performance reviews and report to senior management
Liaise with local and international B2B partners relevant to the brand
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG / building materials sectors
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital)
Strong background in consumer research, demand planning, and sales analysis
Hands-on experience managing advertising agencies, media buying, and digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in retail channel strategy and new product development is highly desirable
MBA (Marketing) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Membership or progress toward CIM / CIMA qualifications will be an added advantage
