A leading Pharmaceutical Company with its own manufacturing arm representing the marketing and
operational interests of leading multinationals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Oversee and monitor accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely collections
and accurate recording.
– Review and reconcile customer accounts, following up on overdue balances
– Approve and process customer sales orders and credit notes in line with company
policy
– Inventory Management
– Assist in variance analysis and provide insights into operational performance
– Prepare financial and operational reports for management as required
– Review and approve of import /local shipment costing for the consumer segment
– Review and approve payments related to the consumer segment
THE SELECTED CANDIDATE SHOULD
– Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized University
with professional qualifications in ICASL, ACCA or CIMA
– Be below 35 years of age
– Have at least 05 years of relevant professional experience
– Have an exceltent level of Computer Literacy with advanced skills in Excel
– Have an excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
– Attention to detail,analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
– Prior experience of working in ERP systems preferably in SAP B1
– Salary 250K-300K (Negotiable)
