KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – –
– Oversee day-to-day operations across the outlet.
– Drive sales growth, revenue performance.
– Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet teams to achieve operational excellence
– Ensure high standards of customer service and brand consistency
– Plan staff rosters, workload allocation, and performance monitoring
– Coordinate training, coaching, and skitl development of team members
– Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination
– Ensure cost control, waste reduction.
– Monitor hygiene, safety, compliance, and operational guidelines
– Handle customer feedback, service recovery, and quality improvement
– Prepare periodic operational reports

CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Minimum 1 years’ experience in managerial capacity in, hospitality /Fast food or
restaurant industry.
– Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
– Good understanding of operational finance, cost control, and KPis
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
– Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with problem-solving capability
– Willingness to work extended hours or shifts when required
