Requirements:
Active pharmacist license in the state of employment (SLMC)
Minimum two years and above experience in similar capacity is a must with residency training in hospital or clinical pharmacy is highly desirable.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret medical data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
