Junior HR Executive

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes.
– Maintain HR records, such as employee databases and personnel
files.
– Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork
and orientation logistics.
– Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Help with
employees queries regarding HR-related issues.
– Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
– Support in compiling reports and presentations related to HR metrics,
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources Management,
Business Administration, or related field.
– Previous internship or work experience in HR -minimum | year
– Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
