We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Marketing Lead for our client company.We are looking for a high-caliber marketing leader to take ownership of marketing across the Group, with a dual mandate: to scale and establish new businesses in the laundry segment while simultaneously strengthening and expanding the well-established bedding business.The core responsibility is to build and lead the marketing function as a growth engine across multiple business lines, ensuring that marketing is not just a support function, but a driver of revenue, brand equity, and long-term enterprise value
REQUIREMENTS
A strong candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking and executional depth, with the ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.
Minimum 7 years and above of progressive experience in marketing, with exposure to both strategy and execution
Proven experience in driving business growth and building brands, ideally in service-led or multi-segment businesses
Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics, with the ability to prioritize and segment effectively
Demonstrated ability to build or scale marketing functions, including systems, teams, and processes
High level of analytical capability, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Entrepreneurial mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguity and managing ambitious growth targets
