We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources with experience in Manufacturing for our client company located in Kandana.
Location – Kandana
Working Days – Monday to Saturday
Salary – Up to LKR 160,000/-
Requirement
Age below 40 years
Minimum 3 years and above hands-on experience in HR, with experience in recruitment and retention in Manufacturing industry.
Should have experience in Overall Human Resources Operation
Experience in Manufacturing industry, Factory environment is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (a professional qualification such as PQHRM or equivalent will be an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
