Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
Screen CVs and schedule interviews
Communicate with candidates and clients professionally
Maintain recruitment databases and reports
Post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
