Assistant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to achieve output targets.
– Ensure compliance with Organic, Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.
– Monitor production efficiency, yields, material utilization, and wastage reduction
initiatives.
– Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Assurance,, and Supply Chain teams to ensure
smooth operations.
– Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
– Prepare and present production reports, KPls, and operational performance updates
to management.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years
in a managerial or supervisory role.
– Experience in food processing, spices, organic products or agricultural processing
industries will be a distinct advantage.
– Strong knowledge, Organic Standards, and quality management systems.
– Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
