Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
– Implement strategies to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
– Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics to optimize operations.
– Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
– Lead and train production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards,
Key Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Science / Manufacturing).
– Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a production management rote.
– Certifications: Expertise in manufacturing principles, lean management, and Six Sigma.
– Experience in Beverages/Food industry will be an added advantage.
– Salary 250K (Negotiable)
