We are on the lookout for a Student Enrolment Executive/Assistant Manager for our client located in Sri Lanka.
Working Location – Colombo 4
Working Days – Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 am Saturday 9:00 am – 13:00 pm
Salary – Basic Salary – LKR 75,000/- + Fixed Allowance – LKR 75,000/- + Commission achieving targets (salary and benefits negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
The selected candidate is responsible to act as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing details on course offerings, degree requirements, and program deadlines, review applications, verify academic transcripts, and ensure all submitted documents meet institutional policies and regulatory standards and assist students in navigating funding options, explaining tuition structures, and supporting them through fee structures and instalment plans/Bank Financing. Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions, registration, and placement testing to prepare new students for their first semester. Participate in school visits, community events, Education Exhibitions and campus tours to attract prospective students and represent the institution, and proactively call leads generated through marketing activities to promote and nerol new students for the courses offered by Australasian Academy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management, business, communications, or a related field or full or part qualified In SLIM or CIM
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex education options/enrolment policies in English and Sinhala
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Slate) and Student Information Systems
A highly supportive, student-centered approach to help diverse demographics and non-traditional learners overcome barriers to entry
High accuracy for data entry and reviewing sensitive personal and academic records
